Job Title: Construction Tech Services Specialist

Role Synopsis:

Responsible for coordinating site engineering, subcontractor activities or other activities requiring technical expertise. Provides support for the Project Manager and/or Construction Supervisor, and guidance to Field Engineers.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Prepare for and participate in progress review meetings
Working with project personnel, resolve technical problems which require engineering expertise
Supply guidance and direction to Field Engineers to assure they are effective in their contribution to the success of the project
Ensure that all engineering documentation (including as-builts) is organized and kept up to date on the project
Assure that working conditions meet CBI and/or customer safety requirements
Assist the Project Manager or Construction Superintendent with daily project coordination and planning
Work with quality control to maintain quality standards for the project
Contribute to project profitability by suggesting value engineering that can improve CBI's performance
Work to ensure that all project completion procedures are followed
Comply with CBI Business Conduct and Ethics Policies at all times
