Reports to Manager Estimating Department.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Act as a leader of a small team
· Maintains communication with Project Management and Sales.
· Responsible for the preparation of complete LSTK estimates.
· Develops correlations such that estimates can be prepared with a minimum of information.
· Keeps himself up-to-date regarding the market trend for equipment and commodity cost.
· Capable of doing conceptual estimating on basis of process flow diagrams.
· Presentation of estimates to CB&I Management and Clients.
· Develops a plan or action for the preparation of a bid to a Client / estimate based on the received ITB.
· Participated in the preparation of risk analyses.
· Estimation of technical alternatives from a cost point of view.
· Preparation of complicated quote calculations.
· Preparation of order of magnitude estimates.
· Cash flow preparation.
· Show flexibility and ensure proper hand-over with regards to:
o The reassignment to other departments.
o The replacement of other colleagues during illness and holidays.
o The provision of assistance to other colleagues with heavy workload also other departments when possible / desirable.
o The managing / learning of current working methods and software applications.

· Capable of working under stress conditions.
