The successful candidate will:
1) Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team
2) Assist in tracking all project costs to ensure completion of project is within budget
3) Review and prepare documents, reports and other correspondence materials for the Project Management Team
4) Maintain daily appointment calendars of Project Management Team members
5) Complete and review field expense reports and invoices
6) Upload reports into company documentation database
7) Coordination of construction drawings to ensure latest revisions are being used
8) Be a backup for entering labor, equipment and material cost entries into client programming for invoicing purposes
